02 --  Bütün bu durumun oluşmasına daha başından asla izin verilmemeliydi... (Here you are expected to express your opinion -- Tell us that you think "the whole thing" was / had been wrong from the beginning)

03 --  Hükumetin o yaklaşımı benimsemesi çok yazık!... (Express your regret -- This usage, indeed, usually expresses regret as the speaker voices his attitude)

08 --  Bana bir lütufta bulunur musunuz?... (You are making a polite request -- AÇIKLAMA: Yine aynı sözcükler kinayeli veya öfkeli bir ses tonuyla sıralandıklarında ise, duruma göre, "Tıraşı keser misin," "Biraz sessiz olur musun," gibi "şu yapmakta olduğun şeyi yapma" anlamıiletecektir...)

10 --  Olur da gecikirsem, bensiz gitmeğe hazır olun...  ( = You don't know if you will be late or not, but you think it is a possibility. This construction with "in case" is typically used with "...............")

Be prepared to leave without me, in case I ............... be late.
