One day the Hodja asked the congregation if they knew what he was going to tell them. They said they didn't. Hodja says: "Well, it's just possible that you're not interested in hearing it anyway," and comes down the pulpit.... On another occasion he asks the same; and this time the answer is, "Yes, we do". So the Hodja says, "Well, since you all know it, then there is no need for me to repeat it." And he walks down the pulpit... You do know how the story ends, don't you?

Well, of course, you do... The following week, the Hodja again climbs the pulpit and poses the very same question... This time, some in the congregation say "yes", and some say "no"... The Hodja's response is: "Well, let those who know the answer tell the ones who do not", and comes down the pulpit.... Judging by the "mixed" responses to my "devoutly religious puzzle" (in last week's issue -- erased since), I can only say (without being overly enigmatic) -- "Well,  Never Mind, Just Enjoy The Present Issue"... izbul
