HIS LUCK HAS TURNED
Two men that haven't seen each
other in several weeks run into each other on the street.
- Haven't
seen you in a while, how's everything going?
- Pretty
good. Two weeks ago I got a call from a lawyer in Florida. It seems I had
an aunt that I never knew about that died and left me $2,000,000.
- That's
great!
- Yeah. And
then last week I hit the lottery and won $7,000,000.
- That's
wonderful!
- Yeah, but
this week, nothing!

AIN'T
IT A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT?
My wife and
I were browsing in a crafts store when I noticed a display of
country-style musical instruments. After looking over the flutes,
dulcimers and recorders, I picked up a shiny,
one-stringed instrument I took to be a mouth harp. I put it to my lips
and, much to the amusement of other shoppers, twanged a few notes on it.
